The following identified phases of self-empowerment and psyche management change projects, provide you with some helpful guidelines on how to purposefully self-steer and direct a responsible change project by applying reflective questions (i.e. questioning yourself critically).

For those of you that are cautious to apply your common sense, when using reflective questions …please don’t, because each individual and situation is totally unique and the example questions listed, merely serves as examples of the possible scope that you should follow when exploring, understanding and managing each phase of your change project within context!
