Check Lists for Change Problems & Issues


The problems or issues appearing in the change check lists, could be used as a guideline or point of departure to identify and categorize the problems or issues that you encounter as a result of your change project, self-empowerment quest and/or psyche management strategy. Thus, the problem/issues listed on the different check lists, can be used to refine problems, generate “ideas“, assist with objective/goals identification or demarcation of your intended change project.

“Change” check lists are a collection of the problems/issues that most people experience about 60% to 80% of the time. All the “problems/issues” appearing on the check lists aren’t necessarily applicable to you. Therefore, keep your focus on the problems/issues that you presently experience, else you could easily select a whole lot of additional problems/issues that isn’t really relevant in your case.

When you select a possible “problem-set“, please adapt or change such a “problem-set” to accurately reflect your particular context, situation, values and priorities.
